St. Luke’s Private Suites at Perry Lutheran Homes Now Open

Perry Lutheran Homes announces the official opening of St. Luke’s Private Suites Skilled Care Community at its Willis Avenue location. These newly remodeled, private suites are designed to accommodate individuals in need of rehabilitative therapy after surgery, accident or illness; skilled nursing care; and/or long-term care.

“St. Luke’s Private Suites help us better serve the needs within our community as well as those already in our continuum of care. Our private suites provide home-like accommodations such as en suite bathrooms with walk-in shower and open living area in which individuals can recuperate, regain strength with on-site therapy, and return to home – or transition to one of our care communities,” said Melissa Gannon, COO & Administrator of Perry Lutheran Homes.

St. Luke’s Private Suites have en suite bathrooms with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, open living area and large, picture window. The suites feature a spacious studio layout and come fully furnished with a bed, recliner lift chair, side chair, dresser, nightstand, and mounted flat-screen TV.

Other included amenities and features are complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, remodeled common living area and hall, accessible outdoor spaces to include courtyard and side patio, access to care team 24-7, on-site therapy, daily wellness activities, robust activity program, on-site beauty and barber shop, secure building access, emergency call system, housekeeping and laundry service, delicious meal options, inter-generational engagement, and much more.

“When you choose to rehabilitate at Perry Lutheran Homes, or place a loved one in our care, we surround you with the whole spectrum of care to include your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing,” says Rev. Max Phillips, CEO of Perry Lutheran Homes. “From our specialized on-site therapy team offering physical, occupational, and speech-language pathology; to our staff, residents and daycare children that become your extended family; to keeping you connected with your loved ones via technology or special visits; to our weekly bible study and worship allowing your faith to flourish. You will feel the care, the compassion, and the love of our Christian Caring Community.”

We are both grateful and blessed that at this time, our residents and staff remain safe and healthy.”
